Registered Manager Residential Services

Ashcroft delivers high quality support services to adults with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour in Surrey and Sussex. We are a growing organisation and are looking for enthusiastic people to join us.  We are currently looking for an experienced manager to join our team.   As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home and ensure its operation according to its registration status and that it complies to all legal requirements, develop, manage effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources needed by the home.   Educated to NVQ4/RMA/LMSC/Diploma 5 in a care related subject or similar qualification, you will have a proven background of working in a management role within a residential service for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage the home using person centred approaches to achieve the best possible outcomes for young adult service users.   Excellent communication skills are essential.  You will be an ambassador for Ashcroft and the home, and will embody Ashcroft’s Mission and Values in all aspects of your work.   Working closely within the team, you will provide leadership, support and supervision to the home’s staff to develop, promote and maintain high standards of care and good practice.   To apply for this role, contact us by email for an application pack or download an application form from our website www.ashcroftsupport.com.  All applicants are required to complete an application form.
